ServicesMcKenna Farms specializes in pediatric therapy services for individuals 0 – 21 years of age. We offer speech, occupational, and physical therapy services in the following settings: clinical, hippotherapy and aquatics. In addition, we offer a therapeutic riding program. McKenna Farms is proud to offer most of our services at our 13-acre complex located on a tranquil Georgia farm setting in the West Cobb / East Paulding area.
